iMovie plug-ins
As part of our portfolio, we began publishing digital effects for Apple's "iMovie", a consumer-level movie editor. In 2008, when Apple discontinued plug-in support for iMovie, we had published more than 120 advanced plug-ins that we still maintain today. These plug-ins have found heavy use in many studios, homes studios and in universities and schools all over the world -- and even in some unforseen venues, for example US government agencies (NASA), and security (forensics). We have also produced highly specialized custom plug-ins for individual private clients.

In 2005 we decided to increase our investment in Macintosh application development, and to progress some of our in-house applications from production to market levels. In 2009, we started publishing consumer and professional level applications that focus on digital media processing and distribution. These products are sold under the 'cf/x Software' label.
